Team Coaching
Like individuals, teams also desire to play bigger, see more possibilities, and find their "sweet spot.” In team coaching, we focus on learning how to respect each team member’s strengths, and we create guiding principles to enhance interactions between members. Every member of the team works to expand his or her capabilities and to renew enthusiasm.
In today’s climate, high performing teams are more critical than ever. I believe that developing functional, productive teams is integral for success. Team coaching is also most effective in combination with individual coaching. I recommend monthly individual coaching in combination with team coaching.
Team Facilitation
As a graduate of the Institute of Cultural Affairs Facilitating Conciliation & Training, Diana Gabriel uses the Facilitation Methods of The Technology of Participation (ToP®) to facilitate teams and groups in visioning processes.
