Professional Coaching
Coaching is one of the most powerful methods of developing high-potential leaders because coaching guides individuals toward deeper satisfaction and greater alignment. Most importantly, coaching helps leaders develop sustainable practices so, if they choose, they can continue as leaders for many years without becoming stale, ineffective or experiencing burnout.
About the Process
One-on-one professional coaching is relationship-centered, focusing on who you are as a leader. As a coach, I ask powerful, insightful questions to reveal your core values, strengths and passions. Together we explore and define the possibilities, develop strategies and move you toward action. Then I challenge and hold you accountable.
Results
The results: clearer vision, breakthroughs where life has been stagnant, expanded possibilities, new perspectives, and alignment with goals and passions.
These results don't happen overnight. Instead, change is a challenging, insightful, exciting process, occurring over a period of time. Therefore, coaching times and frequency vary and are catered to your needs. I recommend a minimum of two sessions per month with a six month commitment. If you're ready to begin the process, I welcome a conversation with you on how coaching can help.
"Coaching was the last thing I was looking for. This was an "expectation" for my new position as bishop of the Alaska Synod. Diana Gabriel was willing and able to walk with me through this first year experience as bishop. I participated in group retreats and regular individual coaching sessions. Gaining clarity about self and differentiating role from expectations helped provide new avenues to living into the position. I believe the coaching allowed me to see the challenges, set reasonable goals and move into accountability with myself."
