Coaching Philosophy
I enjoy helping leaders "play big."
All of us have the capacity to live powerfully beyond what we believe we can. I love to help people re-discover and claim this power and watch as their paradigms shift. It's the "ah-ha" moment. Keen intuition and a strong desire to see others elevated are a mark of my coaching practice.
I see possibility in everyone.
I help executives and leaders see more possibilities in themselves and in their teams. This includes a multitude of levels and facets, but it is deeply rewarding to coach clients who discover what excites them and then help them make the dream happen. We all have untapped possibility in us; I enjoy helping others discover this possibility.
I love helping clients find their "sweet spot."
I believe that each of us has been given innate gifts and a unique spirit. I help executives and leaders transform their lives, businesses and relationships using these gifts. In my experience, when the gifts, strengths, values and passions of a person intersect, they find their "sweet spot." I take pleasure in serving others at this intersection.
I view life as a wonderful journey.
I believe it is an honor and a privilege to journey alongside individuals, helping them to create a life aligned with their core values. It's the journey that changes us. That journey will be fulfilling to the extent that we honor our deepest values. Coaching allows me to use all my gifts, life experiences and training to help people in their journey.
I believe in sustainable authentic leadership.
Sustainable authentic leadership asks the question, "How do I set up processes and empower myself and others so that I can continue to do this work over the long term?" I help leaders identify these key elements and work to implement them.
"The main benefit of coaching was simply the reworking of my priorities to bring some semblance of balance back into my life as it applied to my family relationships and personal well-being."
